Service Description
QuickDel provides domestic and international courier services for the transportation and delivery of parcels and documents. Our services are subject to the rates, rules, and regulations in effect at the time of shipment.
Prohibited Items
QuickDel reserves the right to refuse or suspend shipments containing prohibited or restricted items, such as hazardous materials, illegal substances, or items that may cause harm or damage to our personnel or facilities.
Packaging and Labeling
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all parcels are properly packaged and labeled for safe transportation. QuickDel is not liable for damage or loss due to improper packaging or labeling.
Delivery and Delays
QuickDel will make reasonable efforts to deliver your shipments within the estimated delivery times. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance delays, or other force majeure events.
Liability and Insurance
QuickDel's liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the actual documented loss, whichever is lower. We strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance coverage for valuable or fragile items.
Claims
Any claims for loss or damage must be reported to QuickDel within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. Failure to file a claim within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
Payment and Charges
All charges are payable in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon. QuickDel reserves the right to modify its rates and charges at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of QuickDel's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
